Creepy Radish Eyeballs

A deliciously simple and healthy Halloween treat.

Directions

  1. Wash radishes thoroughly - I use Fit spray.
  2. Cut olives in half, set aside.
  3. With a peeler, or citrus zester, scrape radish skins off making sure to leave some of the red skin in tact.
  4. Using a small knife, hollow out the center of radishes.
  5. Stuff with olive halves.
  6. Enjoy!
