  1. Boil together for 25 minutes, the tomatoes, grated onions, carrots, chopped celery leaves, sugar, cloves and basil.
  2. Force through a sieve.
  3. Add the medium white sauce.
  4. Add the grated cheese.
  5. Salt& pepper to taste.
  6. Place over heat to warm up.
  7. Beat a few minutes with a hand beater.
