Creamy Tomato and Feta Linguine

Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook linguine.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, garlic and wine. Cook over medium high heat until liquid reduces by one third, 4-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 3 minutes. Add paprika, salt and dill. Add cream, stirring continuously until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Do not boil.
- Drain pasta and place in a serving bowl. Toss with feta cheese. Spoon hot sauce over pasta and serve.
