Creamy Tater Tot Hotdish

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄3 cup minced onion
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown and drain the beef with onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place meat in sprayed 2 quart casserole.
- Optional: top with vegies.
- Pour tater tots over beef.
- Mix together soup, sour cream, and milk.
- Pour sauce mixture evenly over tater tots.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 45 minutes (if tots are thawed, 1 hour if not).
