Creamy Savoy Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups shredded savoy cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk mayo with vinegar, red onion, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir in cabbage and carrot, tossing well to coat with dressing. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
