Creamy, Sausage Dip

A warm dip that is easy to make and tastes delicious....goes great for a last minute dip to share with unexpected company! I keep the ingredients on hand. It's so easy to make, I'm embarrased to post it, but it taste so GOOD...I just have to share.

Ingredients

• 1 (1 lb) package  Bob Evans sausage
• 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes (mild, Medium, or Hot)
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Directions

1. Brown the sausage in a skillet on medium high. Turn to low and stir in undrained rotel tomatoes and softened cream cheese. Mix til well blended. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
