Creamy Roquefort Dressing

This is very quick to make

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 lb Roquefort cheese
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup  light cream or 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 2  teaspoons lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1  dash pepper
• 1  dash  garlic salt

Directions

1. Crumble cheese.
2. add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. If a thinner dressing is desired, add additional cream or milk.
