Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 dash nutmeg
Directions
- Boil first three ingredients for 1/2 hours.
- Add sugar, 3 cups milk, and 1 can of evaporated milk.
- Boil for another 1/2 hour.
- Remove from heat, add 3 beaten egg yolks, 1 cup of milk, and vanilla.
- Stir until it boils.
- Add nutmeg and raisins, cook for a few more minutes.
