Creamy Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope  ranch dressing mix

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a 3-qt. slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix until blended.
  3. Stir into potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
