  1. Over low heat, bring just to a simmer pumpkin, cream, 1/2 cup cheese and nutmeg.
  2. Add butter to fettuccine tossing until butter melts.
  3. Mix in pumpkin mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Grind pepper on top.
