Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 3⁄4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add Seasoning.
- Brown Pork Chops on both sides and remove.
- Add Cream and Deglaze the pan.
- Return pork chops to pan, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
