Creamy Orange Dip

A dreamy dip for your fresh fruit. Also good for angel food cake cubes.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
• 2  tablespoons  grated  orange rind
• 1⁄2 cup  orange juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Serve with strawberries and Angel Food Cake cubes.
