Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch paprika
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
- place shallot, mustard and lemon juice in bowl.
- season with salt and black pepper, mix well with whisk.
- incorporate cream in a thin stream while whisking constantly.
- add paprika, mix and correct seasoning.
- serve over salad.
