Creamy Miso Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 medium garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 inch piece ginger, chopped
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions
- Blend all ingredients with a blender or hand blender until creamy, but over-blending makes it too thick.
- Stores well in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
