Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs red potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
Directions
- Boil potatoes in skin until tender. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with mixer and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
