Creamy Mandarin Cooler

This frothy and flavorful concoction is as fast to fix as it is to refresh. This makes a delicious splash at breakfast or any other time of day. It tastes like an old-fashioned Dreamsicle. Each serving is 1 cup. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1/2 fat free milk. This recipe is from Renee Richardson. I found the recipe in Light & Tasty magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Show more
