Ingredients
- 7 fluid ounces heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 lemon, zest only
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix the cream and flour in a saucepan.

- Mix the lemon peel into the sauce and season with pepper.
- Serve hot with steamed vegetables.
