Creamy Lemon Sauce

Don't serve your veggies in the nude. Dress them up, for the sake of decency.

Ingredients

• 7  fluid ounces heavy whipping cream
• 1  tablespoon flour
• 1⁄2 lemon, zest only
•  black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Mix the cream and flour in a saucepan.
2. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Mix the lemon peel into the sauce and season with pepper.
4. Serve hot with steamed vegetables.
