Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 dash liquid smoke
- 4 cups cream
- 5 tablespoons dried dill
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- 1. Make a roux with the flour and butter.
- 2. Add liquid smoke.
- 3. Slowly had cold cream to hot roux, stirring constantly to get smooth consistency.
- 4. Add dried dill and honey.
- 5. Zest lemon into sauce, and squeeze juice of lemon into sauce.
- Pour over cooked fish and serve.
