Creamy Key Lime Dressing

Ingredients

• 1  cup sour cream
• 2  tablespoons  nellie & joe's key west lime juice
•  zest from 1 key lime
• 1  small shallot, finely diced
• 2  tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon scotch bonnet peppers (use gloves) or 1⁄4 teaspoon habanero pepper, finely chopped (use gloves)
•  kosher salt, to taste
•  fresh ground black pepper

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and chill until ready to serve. If you prefer a thinner dressing, whisk in a bit of milk.
