Creamy Italian Dressing With Parmesan Cheese, Lower Fat

Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated fat-free parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 green onions, whites, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before using.
- Store in an airtight container in refrigerator if waiting longer.
- Shake well before using.
- Keeps 3 to 4 days.
