Thick and creamy, just the right blend of flavors. Without question, my favorite salad dressing in the world. Great on baked potatoes, too. Show more

Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender container; cover.
  2. Blend on medium speed 15 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Cover; chill and let flavors meld several hours.
  4. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
  5. NOTE: Vidalia seems to make a thicker dressing.
  6. Please do not use a hot onion.
