Creamy Hot Cocoa for One

This recipe is for hot chocolate from scratch for one mug's worth. It's very yummy, having a nice balance between sweet and not-sweet, as well as being creamy.

• 2  tablespoons  unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 1  cup milk
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
