Creamy Hot Beef Dip

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 3  ounces  dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped green peppers
  • 1 12 tablespoons  minced onions
  • 1  teaspoon  dried  green chili pepper flakes (optional)
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  pepper
  •  raw  vegetables or   raw  cracker

Directions

  1. Combine first eight ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  3. Serve with veggies and/or crackers.
