Creamy Guacamole

Ingredients
- 4 avocados, halved, seeded and scooped from skin
- 1⁄2 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (I prefer sea salt)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Cut avocados in half, removing seed and scooping insides into a bowl. Lightly mash with a fork, leaving small chunks. Add remaining ingredients, gently folding in, but mixing well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
