Ingredients
- 1 avocado, medium ripe, peeled, pitted
- 7 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
- 1⁄8 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
- Cut avocado into chunks & place in a blender, then add remaining ingredients.
- Cover & process until smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
