Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves, halved
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- In a small skillet cook garlic in butter over low heat for 5 minutes until garlic is golden.
- Put in a blender. Add mayonnaise and pepper; process until smooth. Makes 1 cup.
