Quick Creamy Garlic Dressing

This is a delicious and simple dressing that can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup buttermilk
• 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄3 cup sour cream
• 1  lemon, juice and zest of
• 2  tablespoons garlic, minced
• 1  tablespoon dijon-style mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper, whisking to blend.
2. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to one week.
