Creamy Dreamy Chocolate Mocha Frosting

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup butter, softened and unsalted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon table salt
- 3 1⁄4 cups powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons espresso, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
Directions
- whip butter until nice and fluffy.
- sift dry ingredients and add to bowl.
- mix on slow until blended.
- add corn syrup.
- add espresso and extract.
- whip until thick enough to spread.
