Creamy Double Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet potato, peeled cut into chunks, about 3
- 1 lb red potatoes, peeled cut into chunks, about 3
- 1⁄4 cup philadelphia cream cheese spread
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth (less-sodium)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan, 15-20 minutes or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to pan.
- Add cream cheese spread; mash potatoes just until cream cheese is blended. Gradually add broth, continuing to mash potaotes until of desired consistency.
- Stir in bacon.
