Creamy Double Mashed Potatoes

This is a delicious side dish for any dinner - so good with a roast beef!!

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan, 15-20 minutes or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to pan.
  2. Add cream cheese spread; mash potatoes just until cream cheese is blended. Gradually add broth, continuing to mash potaotes until of desired consistency.
  3. Stir in bacon.
