Creamy Custard Bake

Ingredients

• 3  cups skim milk
• 1⁄2 cup sugar, plus
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 1  cup egg substitute
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

1. Whisk together all ingredients.
2. Pour into a 2 liter casserole dish.
3. Bake in a water bath at 350 for 40 minute.
