Another recipe my mom sent me.Saving here for safe keeping, So going to make this on Christmas Eve!

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups heavy cream
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2  cups  milk chocolate chips
• 6  cups milk
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Low heat until chocolate chips are melted and everything is warm :).
