Creamy Corn Muffins

This came off Jiffy's website. Makes a moister corn muffin than the standard, plus the added ingredients give it more flavor.

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages  Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 2  eggs
• 1 (12 ounce) can  cream-style corn
• 1⁄4 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 3⁄4 cup  shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Grease one large muffin pan well, or use paper liners.
3. Mix all ingredients together, blending well.
4. Pour batter into prepared muffin pan, filling about 1/2 full.
5. Bake for 22-28 minutes.
6. Let cool before removing from pan.
