Creamy Coleslaw Dressing (Low Fat)

This is similar to other recipes posted but uses fat-free soy milk and artificial sweetener.

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the mayo, soy milk, celery seed and Splenda. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  2. To use, toss with shredded cabbage or broccoli, shredded carrots, and diced apple or celery.
