Creamy Chipotle-Black Bean Dip

This is a simple dip that my friend Kelli made for us. It not only tastes great, but is good for using up leftover canned Chipotle peppers!

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup  prepared  black bean dip
• 1  teaspoon  minced chipotle chile in adobo
• 1  teaspoon adobo sauce, from can
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Stir together all ingredients.
2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
