  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, peas and undrained tomatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Slowly stir in cream.
  7. Serve over hot pasta.
  8. Sprinkle with finely shredded parmesan cheese if desired.
