Creamy Chicken Artichoke Bake

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup white wine
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until clear and golden.
- Place onion mixture in large bowl.
- Add chicken, artichoke hearts, mayo, sour cream, wine, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
