Creamy Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 4 cups carrots (thinly sliced)
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh is best, but can use dried)
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a crockpot, mix together soups, lemon juice, water, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add carrot slices, and stir mixture well.
- Slice chicken breasts lengthwise, and add to mixture in crockpot.
- Stir well, being sure the chicken is coated.
- Cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Serve chicken and mixture over noodles, and sprinkle with parsley.
