Creamy Chestnut Cranberry Ice Cream

Yields: 8 scoops
Ingredients
- 200 g chestnuts (cooked, pureed)
- 150 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- vanilla extract
- 2 -3 tablespoons cranberry jam
- 2 tablespoons rum (optional)
Directions
- Process/Mix all ingredients except for the cranberry preserve until sugar has dissolved.
- Add to ice cream maker and let churn for 20 minutes.
- Transfer to bowl and lightly incorporate cranberry preserve.
- Enjoy!
