  1. Combine broth, carrots, orange juice concentrate, ginger and herbs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, adding 1 cup milk during last 30 minutes.
  2. Turn slow cooker to high and cook 10 minutes, stirring in combined cornstarch and milk, stirring 2-3 minutes.
  3. Process soup in food processor or blender until smooth. Garnish with dollop of sour cream.
