Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 capers, rinsed and drained
Directions
- In food processor, chop garlic. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
