Creamy Buttermilk Dressing

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup 1% fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar (I normally use much more than that)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor, cover and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
