Creamy Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 15 ounces refried beans
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning mix (or Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix)
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese or 1⁄2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, blend beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and seasoning mix.
- Fold in cheese cubes.
- Scoop dip into a 2-quart casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes, until cheese melts and dip is warmed through.
