Creamy Basil Dressing

Yields: 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup freshly washed firmly packed basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- This dressing will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
