Creamy Baked Carrots

Ingredients
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- 11 3⁄4 ounces cream of celery soup, condensed
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, leaves. crushed
- 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen crinkle cut carrots, thawed (about 5 cups)
- 1 (2 7/8ounce) can French-fried onions
Directions
- spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- stir in soup milk thyme, carrots and 2/3 cup of the onions in a prepared dish.
- bake 350 for 35 mins
- stir in carrot mixture.
- sprinkle with remaining onions over the carrot mixture. Bake for 5 mins more until the carrots are tender and onions are golden brown.
