Creamy Baked Carrots

Ingredients

  •  vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 11 34 ounces  cream of celery soup, condensed
  • 12 cup nonfat milk
  • 1  teaspoon  dried thyme, leaves. crushed
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag  frozen crinkle cut carrots, thawed (about 5 cups)
  • 1 (2 7/8ounce) can  French-fried onions

Directions

  1. spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. stir in soup milk thyme, carrots and 2/3 cup of the onions in a prepared dish.
  3. bake 350 for 35 mins
  4. stir in carrot mixture.
  5. sprinkle with remaining onions over the carrot mixture. Bake for 5 mins more until the carrots are tender and onions are golden brown.
