Creamy Apricot Dressing

Here is an easy and different salad dressing from a Super Food Ideas magazine. I like to serve it over a chicken and green salad.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup  whole egg mayonnaise
• 3  tablespoons  apricot nectar
• 2  teaspoons coarse grain mustard

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in screw top jar.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Shake furiously.
4. Pour over salad.
