Creamsicle Soda

Simple way to satisfy you nostalgia for the summertime treats of childhood...in adult form.

Ingredients

• 1  quart vanilla ice cream
• 1  quart  orange soda
• 12  cups triple sec or 12  cups  orange liqueur

Directions

1. Put 2 scoops of the ice cream in each of 4 tall glasses.
2. Combine the soda and liqueur and pour over the ice cream Variations: Choose your favorite flavors to vary the idea.
3. You might try vanilla ice cream, cream soda and drambuie, cherry ice cream, cola and cherry herring or chocolate ice cream, chocolate soda and brandy.
