Creamed Spinach With Cheese Crumbs

Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped spinach, defrosted and pressed in a strainer to drain
- 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese with chives
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, flour, lemon juice, swiss cheese and seasonings, and beat until blended. Place mixture into a buttered shallow porcelain baking dish. Combine crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter and sprinkle the crumbs over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Run under the broiler for a few seconds to lightly brown.
