Creamed Kale With Bacon

This creamy kale recipe is a staple on my diabetic/low carb diet.

  1. Cook bacon in frying pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Add kale and garlic frying pan.
  3. Stir kale every few minutes until the kale is wilted. Approx 5-10 minute.
  4. Add cream.
  5. Stir to warm cream and then add parmesan cheese.
