Creamed Cod Bake

Ingredients
- 2 cod fish fillets
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 whisked egg whites
- 1⁄2 pint white sauce
- 75 g breadcrumbs
Directions
- Steam the fish for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Flake into a saucepan and stir in the egg yolks.
- Mix in the white sauce.
- Leave to cool.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Place in a baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Cook at 170c for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs have browned.
