Creamed Cod Bake

A recipe from my childhood, always enjoyed.

Directions

  1. Steam the fish for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Flake into a saucepan and stir in the egg yolks.
  3. Mix in the white sauce.
  4. Leave to cool.
  5. Fold in the egg whites.
  6. Place in a baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs.
  7. Cook at 170c for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs have browned.
