Cream Sugar Frosting

Yields: 1 cake
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
Directions
- In a small casserole, put the milk, the brown sugar and the butter.
- Let boil for 5 min, taking care that it does not overflow.
- Take away from heat. Let cool at room temperature.
- Add the icing sugar all at once and beat with the electric mixer until creamy.
- Pour over the cooled Green Tomato Cake (105406).
